Every day you should grow not to be the same person you were yesterday. I heard this on a podcast, that if your not trying to be a better version of yourself daily what the point of reaching your goal.

Something to remember is that people choose who they are. How to act. That is a reflection of themselves. No one is perfect so remember today is a whole new day. .
