In state customers we will gladly take unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise, zero deodorant stains due to sanitary reasons with in 7 days from the purchase date for store credit only. Out of state customers will have up to 14 days from the purchase date for store credit only. Tag must be in the original spot.

All pre-sale items (jewelry/clothing) are FINAL sale custom jewelry pieces, Made to order Jewelry pieces. Special order clothes pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

*Please note is not our responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package is in USPS hands.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, Ur New Image does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.

Sale Items / This is rare because we do not have sales often. Final Sale Items: All Sale and Discounted Items Are Final Sale. No Exchanges. All Seasonal and Holiday Items Are Final Sale. Discounted Merchandise includes flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted for return.

Since our items tend to sell out fairly quickly, you might be selecting items that are no longer in stock. 

Partial Refunds + Special Circumstances

Partial refunds will be granted in certain circumstances:

 Partial return of original order (ie. not returning the entire order)

 Candles that have been burned

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Ur New Image Beauty Team LLC  is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
