Returns

 In state customers (TEXAS), we will gladly take unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise for store credit only. All clothing must have zero deodorant stains due to sanitary reasons within 7 days from the purchase date for store credit. Out of state customers will have up to 14 days from the purchase date for store credit. Tags must be in original condition.

All custom and made to order items (jewelry/clothing) are FINAL sale. They are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout. 
*Please note is not our responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package is in USPS hands.
She Styles is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, She Styles does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.

Sale Items / This is rare because we do not have sales often. Final Sale Items: All Sale and Discounted Items Are Final Sale. No Exchanges. All Seasonal and Holiday Items Are Final Sale. Discounted Merchandise includes flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted for return.

Since our items tend to sell out fairly quickly, you might be selecting items that are no longer in stock. 

Partial Store Credit + Special Circumstances

Partial refunds will be granted in certain circumstances:

 Partial return of original order (ie. not returning the entire order)

 Candles that have not been burned

 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

Shipping

 Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Tuesday-Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Ur New Image Beauty Team LLC  is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

 We do not cancel orders under any circumstance. Thank you for your understanding and supporting a small business. Some shipping will be delayed to sale items can back stocked.

In Between Sizes: We would always suggest to size up. A little loose is always better then a little tight.
